Denise moved to the LowCountry of Charleston from Hill Country of Fredericksburg, Texas in 2012 – and ever since, has followed new opportunities within the real estate world. She has an extensive 25-year financial services background, which includes all retail banking positions; branch manager, financial services consulting- having held 7 FINRA licenses, and a VP in business banking. As a Realtor, Denise specializes in residential, luxury, and vacation/second home properties. Her passion for helping people get what they want drives her to be the best at what she does. She has an extreme focus on relationship management that allows her to excel at proactively understanding clients and recommending solutions based on their unique real estate needs. In 2014, Denise created the South Carolina Vacation Rental Managers Association. Because of their efforts over the last several years, Denise and her team were able to create change around the short-term rental rules in the city & county of Charleston, for more favorable property owner rights. She still keeps up with current legislative issues concerning short-term rentals.

Denise values relationships and her passion is helping others achieve their goals and dreams! She also values education and keeps her skills sharpened to deliver the highest level of service to her clientele. She is currently holding 3 designations awarded to REALTOR® Members: SRS; Seller Representative Specialist, RSPS; Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist and MRP; Military Relocation Specialist, and received her South Carolina Broker’s license in 2019. She is an Entrepreneurial Coach and helps others excel at complex sales situations and strategy for growth…you will always find her taking a course or 2, to add value in every situation.

Denise and her husband Tom live in the small town of McClellanville and enjoy the country lifestyle. They are both full time entrepreneurs and enjoy being on the waters of the LowCountry, fishing and boating and working to improve their property. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her three grown children and their spouses, who live in Texas and Florida. The light of her life is her Grandsons, Bennett, Quinn, William & Weston. They have a granddaughter, Ryleigh, who keeps up with the boys and runs the show! You can usually find Tom & Denise on the waters exploring the area around Coastal South Carolina.
